• No-shows without prior notice may forfeit the consultation fee

• Consultations are typically 30-60 minutes unless otherwise specified

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for full refund

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before receive 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

• Digital products and completed consultations are non-refundable

• In case of service unavailability from our end, full refund will be provided
